Side by side Refrigerator

Side-by-side refrigerators split the fridge and freezer into two full-height vertical compartments, making both sections easy to reach without bending — a layout many UAE households prefer for villas and larger kitchens where floor space isn’t the constraint but easy everyday access is.

Because both compartments run the full height of the unit, side-by-side models typically offer more usable freezer space than a standard top or bottom-mount fridge of similar overall size — useful for families who batch-cook or stock up on frozen goods. Many of the units we stock also include external water and ice dispensers, a feature especially popular in the UAE’s climate.

Every side-by-side unit is inspected for compressor performance, door seal integrity, and temperature consistency across both compartments before it’s listed — cooling systems are one of the areas we test most rigorously, since a fridge that doesn’t hold temperature reliably isn’t worth buying, new or used. All units come with our 30-day check warranty.

Frequently asked

Are side-by-side fridges less energy-efficient than top-mount models?

Historically yes, due to the larger door-seal surface area, but this gap has narrowed significantly in newer inverter-compressor models. If energy use is a priority, ask us about the specific model’s compressor type before buying.

Do side-by-side fridges fit through standard UAE apartment doorways?

Most standard-width side-by-side units fit through typical doorways, but the extra depth of some models can be tight in older buildings. Send us your doorway/hallway measurements via WhatsApp before ordering if you’re unsure — we’re happy to check specific model dimensions for you.
