✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may return or exchange your purchased appliance within 3 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

• The product must not be damaged or broken in any form.
• The appliance should not have any missing parts, components, or accessories that were originally delivered.
• The product must be in its original condition as received, without signs of misuse.
• The return request must be made within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.

🔁 Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
2. Inspection: Our team will arrange a pickup and inspect the returned item upon receipt.
3. Approval: If the return conditions are met, we will process your exchange or refund.
4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• If the product is physically damaged after delivery.
• If parts or accessories are missing due to customer handling.
• If the return request is made after 3 days from delivery.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs
